i already have dat software but its giving me error so i need sumone to either help me out wid dat or send me a new download with a better software

it gives me an error like PLEASE INSERT KEY_DISKETTE.. and i know i m suppose to be copying all the files from the KOPY folder on the cd to the folder on C drive but its not working… still gives me the same error.. it works on the computer but doesnt work on both laptop i got..
m i missing a software on my laptops?
